Finland's most delicious
The legendary, Finland's oldest Michelin restaurant Demo moved to a new location in Ruoholahti, Helsinki.
I had the honor to design and manufacture about 150 pieces of wooden presentation objects for a new restaurant.
Tommi Tuominen, the chef of all chefs, entrusted me with the design. Finnish Field Elm was chosen as the material, and I ordered a large quantity of it. I selected items with color defects, cracks, and curls from there. These are the materials for this project — they have the right temperament and character.
